About Us
Our training allows a smaller person to use an attacker's strength against them and can be done by all people - men, women or children aged 8 to 80.
The curriculum in our fun, friendly and safe environment is based in traditional Jujutsu - the 'Gentle Art' as practiced for over 1000 years on the ancient battlefields of feudal Japan, accented by modern principles of fitness and self defense.
The techniques we teach are employed by law enforcement agencies and personal protection professionals around the world today and include:
Body Movement, Strike Evasion, Striking, Grappling, Stickfighting, Women's Self Defence, Groundfighting, Locks and Counters, traditional Swordfighting, Realistic Scenario Training as well as modern edged and non-edged weapons use and defenses.
